To post any video

1. Upload it to Youtube.com

2. Copy and you paste in the LONG share code from the address bar of your browser or  available under the video on the Youtube page eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5WPttT3yBw

3. Highlight the address and click the Youtube icon
